In the biological sense, the term adult refers to a human or animal that is one who has fully grown. The human world of adults refer to the social and legal aspects. Legal adults are those who is at the point of maturity and can be considered autonomous, self-sufficient, and responsible. It is possible to refer to them as"major" or "major". It is generally accepted that the minimum age that a person legally matures is 18. However, this can be different based on rights under the law and country as well as the development of the individual's psychological.

The lifespan of a human being, adulthood refers to the point when a person has achieved full physical and intellectual maturity. Many people believe that the age of adulthood is attained when you are 20 or greater. The middle age begins at about 40 years old and then it is followed by an old age of about 60. In adulthood there are three distinct stages The first is early adulthood (18-30 years) middle adulthood (30-60 years) and late adulthood (60%-60 percent). At the beginning stages of adulthood (between 20-40) then our bodies have reached their full maturity, even though the weight and height of our bodies might increase a bit. As we enter our early adulthood the physical capabilities of our bodies are at their highest such as muscular strength, reaction time as well as sensory capabilities, cardiac functioning.
